Annual General Meeting Monday 24th October 2011
We haven’t had an Annual General Meeting for a very long time and as a club concious of its members we feel now is the right time. We are going to be discussing all aspects of the club and will be sending emails out to all of our members with further details. We would encourage everyone of our members to attend if you can, as we would like contributions from everyone on all aspects of our Motor Club. If you have any issues that you would like to be raised in the meeting please let us know BEFORE the meeting so we can make sure that everyone who wants to have their say can do so.
The AGM will be held on Monday 24th October 2011 at the Coopers Arms, Ystrad Mynach at 8.30pm.

2012 Gymkhana confirmed!
We are in the process of finalizing details for our 2012 Gymkhana. A provisional date of the 2nd of January 2012 has been penciled in and we are just putting the final touches to all of the other details which we will bring you in due course. The event will once again take place at Gelliargwellt Uchaf Farm , Gelligaer.

BREAKING NEWS. From October Paul Griffiths will be the new club secretary, with Sharon stepping down and taking over Paul’s current role of member’s secretary. Paul would like to thank Sharon for her many years of dedicated service to the club and hope she still continues to be a part of the club going forward.
There are also plans to mark the occasion with a little event, so keep an eye out for details.
Treasure Hunt Next Monday 11th July 2011
We are pleased to announce details of a new treasure hunt happening next Monday. Everyone welcome just bring a car! We will be departing from The Coopers Arms in Ystrad Mynach from 7.30pm. No prior skills are necessary and the route will be straight forward enough for anyone to follow.
The cost to enter is £5 per car and will run if we get a minimum of 5 cars. (3 already in). Route will be local and no whites so your everyday car will be fine. All on Tulips. If you are interested please email paul@ystradmynachmotorclub.co.uk or call Paul Griffiths on 07811 555 286.
